This thread is where providers and establishments who have requested a No Review Policy will be listed.

If a service provider has requested a No Review Policy, then ALL reviews, good and bad, will be removed from public view. If a provider had received a bad review on the board before requesting a NRP, that will be noted in the listing. If, however, the service provider decides that she/he is accepting reviews again, then all previous reviews which had been removed from public view will be reinstated. Service providers who do not allow reviews on their services should not advertise on this website, unless if they decide to change their policy.

The ownership of this website understands that there are many valid reasons why a service provider would request no reviews for a period of time, some of which are to avoid potential legal entanglements that deal with RMT/LMT licenses, stalkers, etc. However, in other cases where a service provider or establishment making the request is well known as a bait & switch operation, or has a reputation for being on the receiving end of consistently bad reviews, then a no review policy request will not be granted. In other words, this website would like to strive toward finding the right kind of balance to ensure that only legitimate requests for no reviews are honored.

Site administrators and moderators...time permitting... will attempt to check all new reviews that are posted to this website against the Do Not Review list, however, there is a likely chance that a review or two might slip past us. Many of the members who contribute reviews may not have time to check this list on a routine basis.

In other words, it's ultimately up to the service provider that requested the No Review Policy to periodically monitor the board and, if the service provider finds that a review was posted after she had requested no review, then the service provider should contact an administrator/moderator about removing the review. It's also highly recommended that service providers who have no review policies should tell their clients not to post a review. It's their responsibility, not really ours. Members may also report reviews that have been published on service providers with no review policies to site administration.

If you have a legitimate complaint about any of the service providers on this list in regards to false advertising, rip off, bait & switch, etc that you have personally experienced, please contact me via PM or email so I can provide you guidelines on how such an alert should be posted.

Uptown Massage or Yako (from the Dallas area) has requested a No Review Policy. No reviews on this provider are permitted.

As of today, no reviews or comments about this service provider had been removed or deleted from this site, since reviews of this provider have yet to be posted to Fair Play Reviews.
