I hear ya, it's like a catch22. The providers that are newbie friendly I'm not interested in and the providers I am interested in won't see me without 2 references so I guess I will just have to bite the bullet and see 2 newbie friendly providers so I can just get the references established.

I agree. Although I am not a newby, I hesitate about the references out of fear regarding privacy. some referal sites want to know employment information. In my opinion a no-no.

Everything takes time, and patience (especially the good stuff). As was stated above, "Newbie Friendly" ladies you may not want to see, so keep pounding the internets pavement until you DO find one you would like to see.

I got extremely lucky, locally, way back when, so it fixed having to do any OTHER sites.
Couple of things though, I am sure other gentlemen will tell you, even other providers, that other paid sites are actually worth it when needing references. and being screened in general. Also, remember that you are only wanting to see two providers so you can have them as references for others! Last time I looked, two of those "reference" sites were still fairly cheap....

However, like you, I won't do those other "reference" sites. They don't seem to be worth it, in my opine.

So in the end, you are left with giving up, and seeing someone face-to-face. In fact, remember that extremely well-known providers damn near count as 3 references! Meaning, the ladies know each other well enough that at times, they only need just one reference.

I had this same problem in the past. What I found that I had to do was be patient and try and find a newby friendly provider that you would be okay with for one or two occasions. I think you just have to take the sacrifice to be able to build those references and you will be money from then on.
