I have missed ASPD as well and have to join 2 or three new sites to see which one takes off...My hope is that this one does well. It has the same feel as ASPD.

I wonder what happened to the "database" of ASPD reviews? Are they archived anywhere?

Hadn't been to aspd in a couple of months and was surprised to see what happened. I guess this was the last straw thanks to Houston pd. The last fiasco was bad enough but this one was the straw that broke it. I am not active anymore but it was nice to keep up with friends I had met in the hobby as well as the comedy and comeraderie, also checking out the current ladies just in case I become single again.

ASPD was a valuable resource to a part time, or even full time hobbyist. FWIW, I'm particularly glad this site is around. Please don't shut it down.

I travel to Houston on business every few months and just found ASPD was gone. I used to post infrequently, but I'd make sure to check in and lurk every trip. Even the Internet Wayback Machine has nothing in its archives on the ASPD site. Too bad, that archive of reviews was an awesome resource for the hobby in Houston and TX. I hope this site can grow to fill the void.

I have several hundred more reviews (archived from the san antonio & austin sections of aspd) that I'm thinking about adding to the site. But a lot of these reviews are pretty dated. They are all from 2008. But maybe I should add them anyway. I think it might add additional value to members who are already VIPs. Give them something more to read. Many escorts who were working in 2008 and were reviewed in those archives are still working in 2010. Maybe some of those older reviews could still hold relevance.

To revisit this, I'll try to get all these reviews up sometime early next week. In addtion, on the old archived reviews that I'm currently adding to the Austin section (and very soon to san antonio), I will place the most current contact info for these providers available. I'm sure many of them have changed their contact info (phone number, email, etc) from what it was in 2008, so I will add in the most current contact information available to these reviews.

The reviews were great, never steered me wrong. That's what I will miss.
